They come into the shelters forlorn and malnourished, some with heartworm or other infections, others with shattered limbs or in need of emergency surgery. That’s where the Wags & Menace Make a Difference Foundation steps in with funding, because before these abandoned animals can find their forever homes, they need mending, both physically and in spirit.
